These are rules that must be followed when you are not playing your character, no matter what. If these are not followed, there will be consequences, no matter what. Follow the rules or don't join at all!
OOC Chat
This goes over the entire Out Of Character category.[/li][/ul]
- No inappropriate talk. This includes sexual references, which are forbidden. This is a PG rated site, meaning don't talk of things that you wouldn't talk about in a normal conversation with a perfect stranger {to put it roughly}.
- No discrimination. This would be putting someone down for their race, gender, age, or anything else. This prejudice is highly unwelcome, so don't do it!
- No obscene pictures. Or graphics. This includes nudity, sex, or anything inappropriate that no one wants to see.
- No fighting. Debating is fine, but threats and high strung arguments are not. Tempers should be kept down, and anything too harsh will result in severe punishment.
- No extreme swearing. Again, this site is rated PG, so all major curse words are blocked. Even so, all swearing should be kept to a minimal.
- No IC chat. This means no In Character chat, like role-playing in an OOC board. That should be done within the RP boards.
- All questions should be in Questions and Answers. Any questions you have about IC or OOC things can be answered there. Don't PM the staff!
- Don't nag the staff. Any questions you have go in Questions and Answers. Don't ask to become staff, because you must earn it. Don't ask staff to check your bios. They will be checked, and if they aren't PM your leader.
- Don't advertise. There is a specific board for advertising, and any advertisements outside it will be deleted.
Chat Box
This concerns the chat-box, which is in the side table. This is for OOC chatting only![/li][/ul]
- No impersonating. This is a very strict rule. If you do this, you will be banned from the chat box. Impersonating means pretending to be someone else, and pretending to be staff is especially ruled out.
- No flooding. This means continuously entering messages. The limit is five at a time. Any more and they will be deleted until it reaches ten messages again.
- No advertising. There is a specific board for this, and you don't need to clog up the chat box with, "Come look at my site!"
- No extreme swearing. This site is rated PG.
- No nagging. No nagging the staff or asking too many questions.
- No SPAM. This means Spreading Pointless Annoying Messages.
- No inappropriate talk or links. No talk of sex or personal information.
- No flaming. This means getting pointlessly mad. If you are angry, go to Stress Relief, or talk to the person about it.
Personal Messages
Personal Messages, or PMs, are easy ways to communicate with others on the site. Don't abuse this power. If anyone is Spamming you, or sending you inappropriate messages, report them.
- No advertising. There is a board for this, and you will get in trouble if you send people advertisements for a site too much.
- No obscene pictures or graphics. If you want to show someone your graphics, fine, but they must be appropriate.
- No SPAM. This is very annoying. If it doesn't need to be said, don't say it.
- No nagging or questions. All questions can be answered via Questions and Answers, and don't nag the staff to check your bio! If it has been past 48 hours, then you may, but be patient.
