Name:
Infernokit – Infernopaw – Infernoblaze - Infernostar
Age: 30 moons
Gender: Tom
Clan: LeafClan
Clan Position: Leader
Appearance: Beauty is a weapon, one that Infernostar is oh so more willing to use. He will steal anyone’s heart he chooses, for looks have always been something he was blessed with. Over all, he isn’t too extraordinary build wise. Light on his paws, it is almost as though he is lighter then he should be, but don’t ever think he isn’t muscular enough to overtake someone. With sharp, long claws, hidden in small paws, Infernostar got his position for a reason, and although he just got his lives recently, everyone knew of him as a deputy. His fur is generally a rusty red color, nothing too bright, but it is easy to see where he got his name in the first place. The tip of his tail is wrapped in tabby like markings, a dark grey almost black color, but that is really the only place that color varies with him. Along his back, the red color is darker, flecked with black, and along his chest and stomach, it is much lighter, a soothing color if you want to call it that much. Infernostar’s face though, lets you know exactly what type of cat he really is. With large ears, and light at the tip of the muzzle, Infernostar seems to have a permanent smirk on his features, and with his constantly narrowed dark grey eyes, eyes that look black, there is an air of violence to the tom, as well as cold certainty that will make many think twice about challenging him.
[My apologies; I am bad at descriptions. Personality will be better though.]
Personality: Infernostar can be anything he wants to be; sweet and caring, cruel and dark, or something in between. It really all depends upon who he is talking too, and his mood. There is no way to tell his actual feelings, but whatever they are, they can’t be pleasant. With him, Infernostar carries a smug air that makes others who don’t know him tend to dislike him as soon as they meet him, but just one look from those dark eyes, so dark they seem black, and it is almost impossible not to flinch back slightly. Before he was leader, Infernostar had made himself a name for his skill and for his temperament in battle. Nothing matters to him more than his clan, no matter what he shows on the outside. He is not though, a firm follower of the code, ironically enough. He has killed his share of cats, especially assassins after him. Laughing as their life drained away, pelt coated with gore, Infernostar is nothing short of an assassin himself, just a bit better at hiding what he is. These days though, he only assassinates those who are a threat to his clan; no matter how many lives they may have.
Power is all he has ever striven for, and now that he is at the peak, he has no plans for falling to the bottom again. He fears nobody, not even MoonClan leader Wolfstar, and will willingly spit in the face of the other cat if he wanted too, be it on a gathering night or not. Some would call it a deathwish, others call it arrogance of the highest degree. Maybe it is a touch of both, he doesn’t know, nor does he care about what you think about him. When in battle, Infernostar has a cold cruelty that makes you just wish he would kill you; he can almost match Stone. With his barbed words, his tongue is like a blade itself, stripping away armor with only a soft caress, but it can also be as sweet as a newborn kit, if he thinks that will help the situation to his favor. Insanity is something that could be considered here; for sometimes he does show symptoms of not being right in the head, though he dispels those thoughts with ease. For, although he can be a cold hearted being, it doesn’t mean that he won’t sacrifice himself for his clan, but he will only sacrifice himself for his clan, nobody else.
For all he is, Infernostar is quick to anger, and even faster to draw blood. He has never been one for keeping his temper; it tends to be as hot as his pelt. This is what makes him such a good warrior; when his temper overtakes him, he will most often just go with it until the battle is over, making a path of destruction throughout the field. There is no reason with him at that time; there is no clear point of right and wrong. During battle, you are either a friend or enemy, and that is it. Sometimes, he is like that in the clan too, but that is rare enough that nobody really notices it. Being so arrogant, he tends to annoy a lot of the warriors, but the apprentices all love him, mostly because he is always ready to teach them battle moves. They always leave slightly wounded and sore, but there is never a complaint the next day about it. Infernostar hates snow though, and the cold weather of Leafbare makes him a giant grouch all the time, and when he like that, sometimes it is just better to leave him be then bother him with questions. Unless of course, you want your head ripped off, it is really up to you.
Family: Treasonwind - Brother Bloodwound - Father Gloryblaze - Mother
History: The past has never been a pretty thing for Infernostar, in fact, it kind of explains why he is the way he is. Let us start in the beginning, back before things weren’t so very different for him…
Kithood Ah, an amazing time for Infernokit and his brother as well as best friend, Treasonkit, who went by Somberkit at the time of kithood and most apprenticeship as well. He was the only one that Infernokit ever really seemed happy around, the two were as close as siblings got. They literally did just about everything with each other, from the typical sneaking out of camp, to tormenting the apprentices. It was only through sheer luck that they weren’t killed in their early moons, for their parents Bloodwound and Gloryblaze never really paid too much attention to their kits, they were too busy morning the loss of the only she cat of the litter, who had died at birth. Not knowing really an she cats gave Infernokit a cocky arrogance around them, though Somberkit was anything but, tending to get very shy around she cats, afraid to do anything wrong. Infernokit though, was a player, if you wanted to think of it that way. He was constantly teasing the she cats, and with nobody to teach him manners, didn’t know any better. He broke several hearts even as a kit, for the new apprentices were still very kit like in their ways. He even tried to teach Somberkit some of it, but much like his name, Somberkit was much more reserved then his brother, preferring to watch things before acting, and pretty much he tended to be the one who kept the two out of trouble with his good judgment, something that Infernokit wouldn’t acquire until much later. Kithood passed without any incident notable, aside from maybe all the tears shed in camp when one wasn’t being watched. It seemed as though kithood went by fast, and before they both knew it, it was time to be an apprentice, something that they had both been looking forward too.
Apprenticeship
It was a time full of wonder and excitement, Infernopaw got one of the many cats he had messed with as a kit, and Somberpaw had gotten an older mentor, one who knew exactly how to treat the silent tom. And for a while, the two were good apprentices, distant now, but at least they still spoke to each other. Away from his sensible brother, Infernopaw played with everyone’s heart just about, with his cocky grin and just generally attitude, he was the one you wanted to hate, but you just couldn’t. He was easily one of the top, if not the top, apprentice skill wise, and he grew in skill if not size with every training. It came to a point where his mentor couldn’t do anything for him, and that was when things started to slide downhill. With nothing to do, Infernopaw found ways to entertain himself; ways that were not within the code of the clan. He went missing for ages, but nobody really noticed. Visiting rogues, tormenting kitty pets, and attacking those who bothered him, it seemed as though there would be no end to his torture until his brother stepped in one night, resulting in one of the worst fights between the two yet, ending in a storm of harsh words, and misery. With him being exiled from his sibling, Infernpaw grew darker and darker, more miserable and even blunter with his tongue, until even those who had hated him couldn’t stand it anymore. And then came being a warrior;;
Warrior
It was an interesting ceremony, he could say that much. Just before he and his brother were named, a dark cloud floated over the moon, casting the two in shadow, and the clan cats gasped in shock, for it could only be a sign from StarClan. Despite the thoughts, Mothstar named Infernopaw Infernoblaze, and Somberpaw Somberthought. There was a murmer of protest within the crowd, but several moons passed before what had been warned actually came true, something that Infernoblaze had never thought possible. He had been hunting in the forest at night when he had seen the glowing eyes of the rogues, which is why he hates Stone so much and refuses to listen to the tom, as they charged through camp. He let out a loud call, one he knew would reach the clan camp, before turning to face the rogues himself, death dancing in his black grey eyes as he stared them down, before charging forward with only arrogance on his shoulder. And for his own credit, Infernoblaze did surprisingly well against the rogues, and as the body count piled up, there was only one who could stop him. Out of nowhere, Somberthought appeared, and knocking down his brother, told him something that tore something inside of the cat. Somberthought was not all he claimed to be, he was actually of rogue birth, just adopted by Infernoblaze’s parents. They weren’t related at all. Such news, it seemed to cripple the blazing red, blood covered tom, and with a single swipe, he was knocked out among the bodies of the dead, and for the longest time, he was thought to be dead. When he woke though, it was as if the clan had seen a ghost, for over his shoulder, stars sparked, making him look as though he was glowing in the light. Soon enough, as the deputy died of infection, he was moved up a rank for what he had done, and for what they had seen.
Deputy Being a deputy was something that shocked Infernoblaze, though he didn’t show it. For enough moons to get recognized, the blazing tom stuck around, but then, one night, he went off to find his brother, and to finish what he hadn’t been able too. He was gone for many moons, and it was he who branded his brother with the name of Treasonwind, the fight between the two was bloody, and the fact that the tom had been accepted into EmberClan irked the other to no end, though his journey had finally come to an end, he was ready to return back to his clan.
Leadership. In fact, Infernoblaze returned just in time, for with Mothstar’s last breaths, he was there to sit vigil, and fight it out with the new deputy for leader. Torchtrouble wasn’t as he appeared though, and after exchanging a bitter argument, it was agreed that Infernoblaze would become leader, leaving the deputy right where he was, as deputy. Being leader gave him something his traitorous non sibling didn’t have yet, and that was all the more reason to fight for it. Things are tense between the two now, and it doesn’t look as though it is going to get any better. Picture:

Time It's eating me alive Unable to rewind Sink deeper while I'm climbing Never to arrive
I gave you everything But still you need to feed And underneath it all I'm screaming out
Just carry on Just prove me wrong I know that I'm dying right now And it seems that I'm so far gone But not for long I'll just be strong and keep knowing That now I will overtake you
Just want what you can use Won't risk what you can't lose Play the victim while abusing Anyone you choose
A painful consequence Of standing on your lies I'm barely breathing but I'm screaming out
Just carry on Just prove me wrong I know that I'm dying right now And it seems that I'm so far gone But not for long I'll just be strong and keep knowing That now I will overtake you
I know that I'm dying right now And it seems that I'm so far gone (Overtake you) I'll just be strong and keep knowing That now I will overtake
You'll come to get me, but you'll end up dead You'll come to get me, but you'll end up dead You'll come to get me, but you'll end up dead You'll come to get me, but you'll end up dead
Just carry on Just prove me wrong I know that I'm dying right now And it seems that I'm so far gone But not for long I'll just be strong and keep knowing That now I will overtake you
You'll come to get me, but you'll end up dead You'll come to get me, but you'll end up dead (Overtake you) You'll come to get me, but you'll end up dead (Overtake you, overtake you) You'll come to get me (Overtake you) You'll come to get me
