Frostflower sniffed the air carefully as she brought her head down from looking up at the streaming sunlight. Mouse hung in the air, but it was stale. A touch of rabbit floated down from the moorland, in the direction of the stream that bordered them with EmberClan.
She turned to the rest of the unofficial patrol. "Should we hunt in the moorland instead? It smells like there's more prey."
"Sounds good," Falconheart meowed from beside his mate, Talonheart. "The clan needs fattening up before leafbare comes."

Falconheart purred and trotted ahead. The tall grass of the moorland soon came into view, and then the fresh smell of rabbit. He brushed through the grass and then sat up on his hind legs, observing the view above the tips. [/color] |

ya a rabbit behind the reeds about a fox langth away you get it you can jump farther with those long legs of yours

Falconheart turned to look through the thick grass. Sure enough, he saw a small fuzzy brown lump sniffing at the ground. He bent down low, his brown tabby pelt brushing the earth.
Suddenly he sprang forward into the rabbit and killed it with a bite to the neck.
He turned back. "Not bad, eh?"
Frostflower rolled her eyes with a purr. "Good one." She grinned. |

Wolfstar approached the hunting group of cats. "Yes, a very good jump. I hope you don't mind if I join your hunt. Do you?" He mewed while looking at the cats. "Good, because I am joining this patrol. I want to make sure you haven't lost your hunting skills and I want to help feed the clan." He mewed almost silently.
