Creating A Character

If you want your cat to be good, and if you want it accepted, follow these guidelines and rules.

Titles

This is how you should fill in the 'Subject' line when making a profile.

Name~Clan/Rogue/Loner/Kittypet~Clan Position

Examples:

Profile Descriptions

These descriptions tell how you should fill out each blank in the sample profiles.

All Cats

Descriptions that all the types of cats need.

• Name:
  -No longer than 30 letters
  -Must be appropriate
  -Cannot include numbers or symbols
  -{Clan}Follows clan traditions {kit, paw, star}
  -{Rogue, Loner, Kittypet}Can be virtually anything{Leaf, Sam, Snow}
  
• Age:
  -In moons
  -{Clan}Should follow clan tradition
  
• Gender:
  -either tom {male} or she-cat {female}
  
• Appearance:
  -Must be realistic
  -No calico toms
  -No odd colored eyes
  -Red eyes allowed {albino only}
  -Blind eyes allowed
  -2 different colored eyes allowed
  -At least five sentences
  
• Personality:
  -Need at least 1 bad trait
  -No perfect cats
  -No super powers
  -At least five sentences
  
• Family:
  -Only need 2 generations
  -Ask other person before adding their cats
  -Ask permission to add famous ancestors
  
• History:
  -Include birthclan/place
  -Include mentor, previous names, etc.
  -Include all previous important events
  -At least five sentences
  
• Picture:
  -Must be appropriate
  -Optional
  
• Mate:
  -Optional
  -Character may be yours or others' {ask first}
  -Only put name and clan
  
• Other:
  -Repeat important things
  -List any kits

• How Died:
  -Give the cause of death
  

Rogues & Loners

Descriptions that only rogues and loners need.

• Home:
  -Put the place where they live
  -Or places where they have lived

Kittypets

Descriptions that only kittypets need.

• Address:
  -Include their house number, their road, and their town's name
  

Creating Your First Character

When making your first character, there is an extra thing you must put in.

• Role-play Sample You will need to write one of these only for your first character. It will be a day in the life of your character.

Creating Major Characters

These are extra things you must do to make a major character like a leader, deputy, medicine cat, or plot character.

• Role-play Sample This is at least five sentences long and it will be a day in the life of your character. The longer and more descriptive, the better.
